HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK FACILITATORS

Jane Cooper M.A. Psych:
Jane holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology and works in a private practice where she offers transpersonal psychotherapy within the IFS (Internal Family Systems) model, clinical hypnotherapy, individual breathwork and facilitates holotropic breathwork group workshops.
She started training with Stan and Christina Grof in 1993, has apprenticed with pioneers of this powerful method for many years and is certified facilitator of holotropic breathwork. She has decades of direct experience and training in the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness and in that has the capacity to hold sacred space for people to do deep work.
Jane is passionate about life and feels blessed and grateful to have the opportunity to witness an often sacred portion of people’s life journeys when facilitating holotropic breathwork.
